Chef Jeff Baldwin
Chef Jeff has been professionally involved in the food and beverage industry for over twenty years. His background includes experience in numerous types of cuisine. Being raised in the Pacific Northwest has given him a deep appreciation - and skill level - in seafood, sauces and soups, some of his favorite dishes to prepare and eat.
Over the past several years Jeff has honed his cooking skills while holding many titles and roles. As Chef de Cuisine at Meritage Restaurant and Wine, Redmond Town Center Marriott, Jeff helped open and build clientele to become one of Redmond, Washington's premiere restaurants.
Deciding his career needed to be elevated to the next level, Jeff moved to Park City, Utah to open Culinary Innovations, a private chef services. This is where he truly developed a love and passion for menu creation, unique presentation and creating a one of a kind experience for each of his guests. Clients included professional athletes, business executives, and film industry leaders.
After starting a family with his wife, and the economic down turn, it was once again time for a change. Jeff and his family moved to Breckenridge, Colorado where he has grown in many roles with Breckenridge Hospitality. These roles have included Banquet Sous Chef overseeing as many as five different properties, Chef of the Living Room Restaurant at One Ski Hill Place, and Executive Chef of The Double Tree by Hilton in Breckenridge.
Chef Aaron Sandeen
Chef Aaron brings 16 years of culinary experience to your table. Formally trained in the Pacific Northwest, Aaron creates menus utilizing only the freshest meats, seafood and produce. He has developed a unique style utilizing Pacific Rim as well other regional ingredients.
After moving to Utah he worked for Park City Mountain Resort as Banquet Manager and Kitchen Supervisor. He managed a large staff to facilitate banquets, from menu creation to preparation and presentation. Meeting in Park City, Utah, Jeff and Aaron worked together for four years providing intimate dining experiences for their clients in the beauty and privacy of their homes.
Most recently Aaron has spent time in New Orleans, Louisiana, expanding his knowledge of Southern, Cajun and Creole cuisine. Let Aaron work with you to create your dining experience whether a large formal gathering or smaller in home dinner party.
